Sevananda has been a leader in natural foods, herbs and holistic wellness and body care since 1974. We are a community owned cooperative with over 4,000 of our shoppers who are member-owners.
Our mission is to empower the community to improve its health and well-being, and live as gently on the Earth as possible. Our policy does not allow us to sell any products for which the animal must be slaughtered, nor those which contain refined sugar. Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor as a part of the Sevananda family!

1. Complete the Vendor Form Below to begin your inquiry/submission, State New Vendor Inquiry in the email subject line.

2. List your website and contact info, Introduce your product, product ingredients, and what benefits it offers or need it fills. include:

   a. wholesale and retail price list; including any deals or specials

   b. Proof of product liability insurance

   c. completed and signed W-9

   d. completed and signed vendor agreement with terms

3. Submit Product Samples with ingredients list for the Department Buyer. Include your business card and any brochure or catalog from your company.

4. Prospective vendors must have the ability to comply with Sevananda’s Vendor Requirements Agreement form. (Form is available online.)

5. The Department Buyer will review your submission and respond. The Vendor Requirements Agreement Form would be submitted only after your initial vendor application submission is approved.
